Professional equality
In 2025, we achieved a score of 91/100 on the gender equality index in France. This is a testament to our commitment to providing equal career prospects for all employees.
Inclusion
As a signatory of the Manifesto for Inclusion since 2019, we promote access to employment for people with disabilities. Among other things, we participate in the DuoDay initiative and operate with protected workshops.
Youth integration
Every year, more than 20 work-study students join our teams. To help them integrate, they can discover the Group and its activities at “Work-Study Day,” an event just for them.
Solidarity initiatives
We support social and sporting initiatives around the world, actively involving our employees (Muddy Angel Run, fund-raising events, etc.).
