Build a healthy society

Enabling everyone to become an actor in their own health
Thuasne®'s mission is to restore mobility and improve quality of life. To achieve this, the Group places patients at the heart of its activities in order to offer effective and user-friendly healthcare solutions that promote treatment compliance.
Supported by clinical studies, this therapeutic efficacy is recognized by the medical community, as illustrated by recent publications.
This promise is reflected in the creation of a continuing education program for employees and healthcare professionals around the world.

Caring for employees
Thuasne® is committed to providing a safe, respectful and fair working environment for every employee. This commitment is reflected in concrete actions taken every day in every country. For example, in the United States, the Group has set up the "Employee assistance program" for its employees and their close family members. It offers services such as free consultations and legal aid with certified advisors.
As a signatory of the Manifesto for Inclusion in France since 2019, Thuasne® promotes the professional integration of people with disabilities. This commitment to ensuring access to the same opportunities applies throughout the Group.
Professional equality is an important issue for Thuasne®. In France, for example, in 2025, the Group achieved a score of 91 out of 100 on the gender equality index. This result reflects our efforts to reduce pay gaps and offer equal career opportunities for all employees.
Thuasne® also supports talent development within the Group to meet patients' needs and actively contribute to innovation.

Supporting the dynamism of territories
Thanks to its long-standing industrial presence, Thuasne® actively supports its partners, associations and entrepreneurs, thereby contributing to regional economic development. The Group is committed to using local service providers to help maintain employment in the territories where it operates. This ambition is also reflected in the creation of the Yvon Gattaz – Elizabeth Ducottet Prize, which recognizes and rewards French start-up creators.
Driven by a desire to engage socially, Thuasne® organizes and participates in charitable initiatives, enabling its employees to support their local communities. This takes the form of support for collective events in several countries.
