Thuasne® has a strict code of ethics that is applied to all its entities worldwide.

This document embodies the Group's fundamental principles: business ethics, competition law, anti-corruption, compliance with local and international laws, data protection, and confidentiality. Signed by senior management, it sets guidelines for professional practices within each department.

This code translates into concrete actions, such as the integration of ethical clauses into decision-making processes. Thuasne® also adopts preventive measures to strengthen transparency and integrity throughout its operations.

Training and prevention: an awareness-raising program for employees

Thuasne® invests in ongoing training for its employees to ensure that its ethical principles are applied on a daily basis.

A mandatory awareness program trains teams on ethical issues, corruption risks, and personal data protection. Regular sessions assess understanding of the issues and reinforce best practices in transparency, integrity, and compliance.

Tools are in place to anonymously report any violations of the code of ethics via a dedicated alert system. This ongoing approach reinforces everyone's commitment.

Thuasne® ensures that its suppliers share the same ethics and sustainability standards. A specific code of conduct defines requirements concerning human rights, environmental protection, ethics and working conditions such as health and safety.

This approach ensures that Thuasne®'s commitments are respected throughout the supply chain. It aims to establish a long-term collaboration based on mutual trust and shared objectives. Thuasne® also sets out these requirements in a code of conduct for all its partners: distributors and other commercial intermediaries, healthcare professionals, associations, etc.
